CSTEM is proud to share this awesome opportunity with your school as a participant in the 2011 National CSTEM Challenge. The annual Challenge is interdisciplinary and provides feeder pattern teams with a hands-on learning experience for students. We are ready to move forward in our partnership with your campus. First, your teachers will need to be trained on the CSTEM Pedagogy at the Teacher Training Institute, in order to successfully execute this year’s challenge.
Your participation in the CSTEM Teacher Training Institute as a “Feeder Pattern Team”, (1 elementary, middle, and high school), provides your team with a scholarship to take part in the 2011 National CSTEM Challenge. As a participating P-12 team you will receive, AT NO COST, a CSTEM Challenge Tool-kit of materials, supplies, and resources to be used to solve the interdisciplinary challenges; access to the CSTEM Challenge Kick-off, (6) supporting teacher and student workshops, and the scholarship to cover the entry fee for the 2011 Challenge that will take place at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas tentatively on April 15th or 16th.
Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3…
