Instructor Bio: Dr. Reagan D. Flowers is the founder and CEO of CSTEM Teacher and Student Support Services, Inc, a 501(c)(3) organization. Since 2002, CSTEM has impacted over 20,000 students and 500 teachers through focused teacher training and student centered hands-on, project-based, problem-based learning activities grade Pre K-12. Dr. Flowers received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Texas Southern University, Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A & M University of Texas, and Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from The Union Institute & University. Through CSTEM, Dr. Flowers connects with schools, communities, and parents by providing support and services that allows learning to come alive in the classroom in areas of communication, science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Under her direction, CSTEM currently supports more than 60 schools in over five school systems Houston, Texas.
